Charles also has stories out (or coming out) in Crack the Spine (USA) – the story appeared on-line and was the chosen for the print anthology; Prole (UK) print and online, Prime Number (USA  -online); Able Muse (USA – print and perhaps online too); Petrichor Machine (USA-print).

Alan Beard has a story coming out in September in Oblong Magazine, a new British online and print journal based in Brixton.

Poetry Event

On Sunday 16th June: Two TSFG members, Charles Wilkinson and Garrie Fletcher, will be taking part in the Midsummer Poetry Picnic to be held at Martineau Gardens, Birmingham at 2-6pm. They will be among supporting guest readers at the launch of  a collaborative poetry book ‘Screen of Brightness’. All Light and A Kind of Eden

Alan Beard’s flash fiction ‘All Light’ has won a ‘Highly Commended’ spot in the National Flash Fiction Day competition. You can read it here, should you so wish.

Amanda Smyth’s new novel ‘A Kind of Eden’ will be launched at 6pm on 10th July 2013 at Daunt’s Bookshop, London. For those who can’t get to London there is also a West Midlands launch on July 3rd at Waterstones, Leamington Spa, at 6:30pm.
