For the second time in a month a TSFG author has his first novel launched. This time it’s Luke Brown, with his debut ‘My Biggest Lie’ already reviewed in the Guardian! The launch takes place in the Ikon gallery on April 15th at 6:30pm. More details here.
‘The Sea in Birmingham’ tour has added more dates (see entry below for other dates):
May 2nd at 11:30 am at Sparkhill Library – the readers will be Polly Wright, Annie Murray and Kavita Bhanot.
May 10th in Clun (The Hightown Rooms, Clun, Salop SY7 8JB) there will be a creative writing workshop from 2:00-5:00pm, followed by ‘Sea in Birmingham’ readings from Polly Wright, Charlie Wilkinson, Natalie White and Gaynor Arnold.

Last night’s launch of Mick Scully’s book was packed out. A good evening – all 60 copies of his book sold, with a number of people not able to get one.
Following his short story collection ‘Little Moscow’ TSFG member Mick Scully’s first novel ‘The Norway Room’ will be launched on March 13th 2014 at Waterstones in Birmingham at 7:00pm. Flyer above. See you there!
